These Terms and conditions apply to any purchase made from the website www.mliceramics.com. Please read these Terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using this website. When placing an order at www.mliceramics.com you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
Orders
After an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. It will take 3-6 days to process your order and prepare for safe shipping. The shipping will take between 2- 12 working days depending where you live. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery & shipping
Mliceramics offers worldwide shipping. After your order has been confirmed it will take 2 - 5 working days to process and prepare your order. Depending on where you live the shipping will take between 2-12 working days to reach you. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are packed by mliceramics and sent with Postnord and delivered to the nearest postal agent. Delivery cost will be added at the end of the checkout. Recycled packing materials are used as much as possible.

Prices & payment methods
All prices are indicated in EURO . Delivery charge or local customs fee, tax and duties are not included. Please note that if your order is placed outside the EU you may have to pay additional customs fee, tax and duties in the country of destination. Mliceramics is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. Stripe is used on this webshop for secure payment methods. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All card information is handled over TSL (the process of securely transmitting data between the client and webshop).
Stripe is safe and responsible for all transactions made on this website.
Colors & shapes
All ceramic pieces are sculpted by hand by Emelie Abrahamsson, at Hönö in Sweden. All ceramic pieces is carefully created one by one in stoneware clay. It’s a unique product from raw clay witch means it’s imperfect in its beauty. No two pieces are exactly the same. The pictures of the ceramic pieces on this website ensure that the colors appear as realistic as possible. The exact color can not be guaranteed since different web browsers varies.
Returns & Refunds
Mliceramics have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your ceramics to request a return. If you wish to return please email info@mliceramics.com. The ceramic piece must be undamaged, unused and clean. If your return is accepted by mliceramics, you will be send instructions on where to send your package. Mliceramics can not be held responsible for any damaged or lost returns.
Please inform of your shipping tracking number by email to info@mliceramics.com. You need to return the item in the original packaging. You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You carry the risk of damage yourself until it is received. Mliceramics is not responsible for any damaged or lost returns. The costs of the return will be covered by you. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.
Damages & Complains
The goods are insured in transit. In case of damaged items in transit, please email info@mliceramics.com. Please send me photos as evidence within 24 hours of having your order received. If you have any questions or complaints about my product please send me an email at info@mliceramics.com.
